It is ridiculous to recall how important the various signs were in the life of the gallery … the right hand will be combed – it means acquaintances will come, the left one will be combed for money, the priest will be combed – it means someone condemns! Tanya Kolkatina is our accountant, at first, she was very surprised at the gallery — she asked: “Tanya, tell me, why is it always scratching you all the time !!?” Just like in a funny joke: “Maybe you should wash more often?
Another sign that related to the sale of the painting. I noticed that if a person comes to the gallery and he really likes the picture and at the same time he promises to return and make a purchase, this picture will not be sold in the next few years! For a long time I could not figure out why this was happening, and then I realized and found opposition.
When an artist creates his work, whether it is a painter, sculptor or musician, all of them are children of the Lord who endowed us with talent, he puts a piece of his soul into the work. Each work will surely find the one to whom it is addressed, maybe not immediately. But that’s not the point here, the viewer comes, but he felt and maybe felt the strength of spirit inherent in the picture, he took part of this higher energy into his soul, he took, but did not take it to himself (the picture). Thus, having removed the energy of the picture, this person closed it from others and now for a long time, this work remains silent and does not say anything, so the likelihood that he would be noticed for several years is minimal!
At first, I tried to treat the paintings, putting them for a while next to the poplar. It helped! And then I found another effective way – as soon as someone promised to come back later for the picture they liked, I offered him to leave a symbolic advance ruble or two, and you know, it helped and very efficiently.

Время шло, и у галереи возникали свои приметы. Смешно вспомнить, как важны были различные приметы в жизни галереи…рука правая зачешется – значит придут знакомые, левая- к деньгам, попа зачешется – значит кто-то осуждает! Таня Колкатина наш бухгалтер, в первое время работы в галерее в очень удивлялась- она спрашивала: «Таня, скажи, а почему у тебя все время что-то чешется!!?» Совсем как в смешном анекдоте: «Может, стоит мыться почаще?»
Еще одна примета, которая касалась продажи живописи. Заметила, если приходит в галерею человек и ему очень нравится картина и он еще при этом обещает непременно вернуться и сделать покупку, то эта картина в течении ближайших нескольких лет не будет продана! Долгое время не могла разобраться, почему это происходит, а потом поняла и нашла противодействие.
Когда художник создает свое произведение, будь то живописец, скульптор или музыкант- все они дети Господа наделившего нас талантом, он вкладывает в произведение частичку своей души. Каждое произведение обязательно найдет того, к кому оно адресовано, может и не сразу. Но здесь дело не в том, приходит зритель, да он прочувствовал и может быть ощутил силу духа заложенную в картине, он принял часть этой высшей энергии в свою душу, он взял, но не забрал ее себе (картину). Тем самым сняв энергетику картины, этот человек закрыл ее от других и теперь на протяжении долгого времени это произведение остается молчаливым и ничего не говорящим, поэтому вероятность того, что бы его заметили в течении нескольких лет минимальна! Первое время я пыталась лечить картины, поставив их на некоторое время рядом с тополем. Помогало! А затем я обрела другой действенный способ – как только кто- то обещал зайти позже за понравившейся картиной, я предлагала ему оставить символический аванс- рубль или два, и знаете – помогало и очень действенно.
