This is our second year in Cyprus. Our daughter Sylvia fulfilled her dream – she opened a restaurant called Sifood, in her name Sylvia. The restaurant is located in the historical part of Limassol, which is called Old Limassol. When I first came here last year, I was upset by the devastation of the place. As time passed, I began to get great pleasure from walking along the streets and now these dilapidated houses painted with graffiti seem very, very beautiful to me and I am happy to create a new series of works.
