During our childhood, we did not like Arcadia. There was always a lots of people here, due to the fact that there was no descent or ascent to the beach and it was easily accessible. I always thought that this was the dirtiest beach in the city.
The era of capitalism and business has come, the beach was sold and it was turned into something like 7 km (Market), but only by the sea.
They destroyed a beautiful alley leading to the sea in the shade of huge trees. Now this is a bare area, since the new trees planted have not yet had time to grow.
We now live next to Arcadia and have slowly begun to get used to it and at times find positive aspects. One of which was the daily cleaning of the alley. The negative thing is that City Hall officials have turned Arcadia into their feeding trough, renting out every piece of the sacred beach area. Of course, they receive kickbacks, but they forget that no one cleans the beaches that are considered municipal. People are forced to spend precious hours of their summer on real scavengers. This is real chaos. And I’m not even talking about nightclubs and the public visiting them, it’s incredibly disgusting.

Принади та гидоти пляжу Аркадія.
За часів нашого дитинства Аркадію ми не визнавали. Тут завжди було море народу, через те, що не було спуску та підйому до пляжу і він був легко доступний. Завжди вважав, що це найбрудніший пляж міста.
Настала епоха капіталізму та бізнесу, пляж був проданий і з нього зробили по суті 7 км (Ринок), але тільки біля моря.
Знищили найкрасивішу алею, що веде до моря в тіні величезних дерев. Нині це голий майданчик, бо висаджені нові дерева ще не встигли вирости.
Ми тепер живемо поряд з Аркадією і потихеньку почали звикати до неї та часом знаходити позитивні сторони. Однією з яких стало щоденне прибирання алеї. Негативно те, що чиновники мерії перетворили Аркадію на свою годівницю, віддаючи в оренду кожен клаптик священної пляжної зони. Відкати вони звичайно ж отримують, але забувають про те, що пляжі, які вважаються муніципальними, ніхто не прибирає. Люди змушені проводити безцінний годинник свого літа, на справжніх сміттярах. Це – справжнє свавілля. А я ще не кажу про нічні клуби і публіку, яка їх відвідує, це неймовірно гидко.
