Gallery “Na Uytnoy” Celebration. Anniversary
It so happened that arranging another holiday in the gallery, namely, celebrating the gallery’s birthday, I usually did my personal exhibition. So it was this time. We celebrated the three years of our activity. Over the years, we held 28 exhibitions and showed the work of about 60 artists.
At the festival, I showed my new works and portraits of artists. There were many guests who, afterward, came with pleasure to chat with each other in the gallery. For us, it was a job and not very easy. Our friends operetta artists came to congratulate us.
Lyudmila Shustova sang her unusual, and maybe very significant song:
“I am no friend to anyone,
I’m not an enemy to anyone
and I don’t care what color the flag is!
I am a woman!”
These words became for me a kind of motto and despite the fact that many were annoyed by the activities of the gallery on Uyutnaya and the fact that I was an ordinary artist was able to build the exhibition activities of the gallery and not just build, but later become the creator of the best gallery in the world – the Maritime Art Gallery of the Odesa port. The main thing is that I understood that if you got such a share, then you need to carry it with honor. Although sometimes, under the influence of various not very pleasant events that accompanied my actions, I thought that it might be better to sit and quietly and calmly do only my work. Then I would be tolerated, not recognized as an artist, but and did not crave defeat.
But we didn’t have a return trip — we had children and we were obliged to take care of them — this gave us strength.
Галерея “На Уютной”. Празднование. Годовщина
Так повелось, что устраивая в галерее очередной праздник, а именно празднуя день рождения галереи, я обычно делала свою персональную выставку. Так было и в этот раз. Мы отмечали трехлетие нашей деятельности. За эти годы мы провели 28 выставок и показали работы порядка 60 художников.
На празднике я показала свои новые работы и портреты художников. Было много гостей, которые и после с удовольствием приходили пообщаться друг с другом в галерею. Для нас это был труд и не очень легкий. Нас пришли поздравить наши друзья артисты оперетты и Людмила Шустова пела свою необыкновенную, а может быть и очень знаковую песню:
«Я никому не друг,
я никому не враг,
и мне плевать какого цвета флаг!
Я – женщина!»
Эти слова стали для меня неким девизом и не смотря на то, что многих раздражала деятельность галереи На Уютной и то, что я обыкновенный художник смогла выстроить выставочную деятельность галереи и не просто выстроить, но и стать в последствии создателем самой лучшей в мире галереи – Морской галереи Одесского порта. Главное я то что я поняла – если тебе выпала такая доля, то нести ее нужно с честью. Хотя иногда, под влиянием разных не совсем приятных событий, сопровождавших мои действия, я думала о том, что, может быть, было бы лучше сидеть и тихо и спокойно заниматься только своим творчеством.Тогда меня бы снисходительно терпели, не признавали как художника, но и не жаждали поражения.
Но обратного пути у нас не было- у нас были дети и мы были обязаны позаботится о них – это придавало силы.
