My Friday Limassol news.
I must say that the Friday news from Cape Town and even from Akrunta was much more interesting.
A week passes, the weather does not settle down, the winds are constantly blowing and it is raining. My art classes have become less frequent – the children have Easter holidays and many have left in all directions.
I finished my work with elephants and for a long time I could not think of a name for it. I decided to call it the Limassol Elephants.
I finally received money from the Saatchi Gallery for “Zebras from Akrunta” and was very upset. Not only did they initially ask for a 25 percent discount, the gallery takes 40 percent of the sale, but they also came up with the idea of charging me WAT since I live in the European Union.
I don’t think it’s right and I’m trying to argue. I don’t want to give more than 300 dollars to anyone and where.
Yes, Cyprus has given us shelter, but we ourselves pay for everything and pay a lot of money, and this is all at our retirement age. We really want to go home to Ukraine and only think about it.

Я повинна відзначити те, що п’ятничні новини з Кейптауна і навіть з Акрунти були набагато цікавішими.
Тиждень минає, погода ніяк не встановиться, постійно дмуть вітри і дощить. Мої арт класи стали не такими частими – у дітей великодні канікули і багато хто роз’їхався хто куди.
Я завершила свою роботу зі слонами і довго не могла вигадати їй назву. Вирішила назвати її лімассольські слони.
Нарешті отримала гроші від Саачі галереї за “Зебр із Акрунти” і дуже засмутилася. Мало того, що вони спочатку попросили знижку 25 відсотків, галерея бере 40 відсотків від продажу, а ще вони вигадали зняти з мене ВАТ, оскільки я живу в Європейському Союзі.
Я не вважаю це за правильне і намагаюся оскаржити. Віддавати більше 300 доларів невідомо кому і куди мені не хочеться.
Так Кіпр дав нам притулок, але ми самі за все платимо і платимо не малі гроші, і це все в нашому пенсійному віці. Дуже хочемо додому в Україну і лише про це й думаємо.
