Our story.
It is clear that after such an act of our “relative” we could no longer stay at her House, we decided to go to the border.
To be honest, I was very scared – it was difficult to imagine that bombs could fall on us.
When we left, we calmed down a bit. Life on the streets of Odessa went on as usual.
A few hours later, in full force – Silvia, Radu, Marseille, Theodore, George and a dog named Luna approached the border.
We saw a line of cars on the side of the road, probably a couple of kilometers long. Having passed by, we were stopped by the police and we were offered to return to the back of the queue, and it was right. We stood in the car for more than 5 hours, it was very difficult. But then, in the following days, this time for the rest of the runners increased to a day.
Silvia was worried about the lack of all the documents, but the procedure was simplified as much as possible and soon we entered the territory of Moldova. Kostya planned in advance for a house in a hotel called Wooden House. We arrived there at 10 pm.
The night passed restlessly. There was some kind of incomprehensible installation for heating in the house, it was very hot. When we tried to turn it off, smoke went off – the fire alarm went off.
The hotel worker came and said that if we are hot, then we need to open the windows. The temperature outside was sub-zero.
In the morning we realized that we were the only ones in the hotel, despite the fact that everyone else in the vicinity of Chisinau was already occupied by refugees from Ukraine

Станом на ранок 25 лютого РФ продовжила масовані обстріли вздовж лінії зіткнення на Донбасі, крім того, російська армія близько 4 ранку обстріляла аеропорт у Рівному, і намагалася поцілити Київ. Бої також йшли у Сумах, Мелітополі, Гостомелі й на Харківщині. Сили ППО ЗСУ збили бойовий безпілотник, частини якого пошкодили дев’ятиповерхівку в столичній Дарниці, мешканців довелося евакуювати через загрозу обвалення будинку.
У Пентагоні заявили, що російські війська випустили понад 160 ракет по території України, а держсекретар США Ентоні Блінкен переконаний, що Москва намагатиметься “повалити” український уряд.
Зеленський публічно звернувся до Путіна щодо переговорів.
История нашего бегства
Понятно, что после такого поступка нашей “родственницы” мы уже не могли оставаться, решили ехать к границе.
Честно сказать, мне было очень страшно- предстваить себе, что на нас могут сыпаться бомбы, было сложно. Когда выехали, немного успокоились. Жизнь на улицах Одессы шла своим чередом.
Через несколько часов в полном составе- Сильвия, Раду, Марсель, Теодор, Георгий и собака по имени Луна приблизились к границе. Мы увидели вереницу машин на обочине, длиной наверное в пару км. Проехав мимо, мы были остановлены полицейскими и нам предложили вернуться в хвост очереди и это было правильно. Мы простояли в машине более 5 часов, это было очень сложно. Но потом, в последующие дни это время для остальных бегущих возросло до суток.
Сильвия переживала за отсутствие всех документом, но процедура была максимально упрощена и уже скоро мы уже въехали на территорию Молдовы. Костя заранее запланировал на домик в отеле под названием Деревянный дом. Туда мы приехали часов в 10 вечера.
Ночь прошла беспокойно. В доме стояла какая то непонятная установка для отопления, было очень жарко. Когда мы попытались ее отключить пошел дым- сработала пожарная сигнализация.
Пришел работник отеля и сказал, что если нам жарко, то нужно открывать окна. На улице была минусовая температура.
На утро мы поняли, что в отеле были только мы одни, не смотря на то, что все остальные в окресностях Кишинева были уже заняты беженцами из Украины.
